29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) On or about February 22, 2024, and at times prior thereto employees at the U.S. Commercial Service Portland were exposed to occupational injury and illness when the employer failed to provide Safety Data Sheets. (a) Cleaning chemicals which were stored under and above the sink in the break area.
