Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 002 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.50(c):At this job site, and other remote locations, the employer did not have a person who was certified in first aid training (which includes Basic First Aid and CPR) available to render first aid: The employer failed to protect employees from possible life saving measures needed by trained first aid providers. This was most recently documented on February 6, 2024, at the jobsite located at 4259 Missouri Highway 13, Lampe, Missouri and other remote locations that the employees deliver materials to customers. Due to the remote locations and hazards associated with onsite deliveries, the employer must have employees trained in first aid.
