29 CFR 1910.165(e): Manually operated actuation devices for use in conjunction with employee alarms were not unobstructed, conspicuous and readily accessible: a) On or about 2/6/2024, in the store room - the manually operated fire alarm pull station access was obstructed by a bin of produce. NOTE: Dass Enterprise was previous cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910. 165(e) which is contained in OSHA inspection 1460885, citation number 1, item number 2, and was a final order on 6/29/2020, with a respect to a work place located at 6195 Estate Frydenhoj, St Thomas, VI.
