29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 1/31/2024, during the removal/installation of roofing material at a job site located at 10699 Middlebranch Ave, Hartville Ohio 44632; employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.5 feet to the ground while working on a roof of a single-family home installing roofing material without the use of fall protection and or a fall protection system. Juan Velasquez DBA Bronco Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1652919, citation number 02, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on (5/4/2023), with respect to a workplace located at 1617 Graham Rd, Stow Ohio 44224. Juan Velasquez DBA Bronco Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556452, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on (11/7/2022), with respect to a workplace located at 708 Locust St, Canal Fulton, Ohio 44614.
