29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects were not protected by protective helmets. On or about August 9, 2023, and times prior thereto employees were exposed to head injuries while working at ground level underneath employees performing framing work above them, without wearing protective helmets.
