29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On the roof of a single-family residence, at a temporary residential worksite, located at 3060 Thorn Glen Court in Jacksonville, Florida 32208: On or about January 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to 9-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while installing roof shingles. Redtail Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1657238, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 350 West 65th Street, Jacksonville, FL 32208. Redtail Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1653232, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 9513 Arbor Oak Lane, Lot 11, Jacksonville, FL 32208. Redtail Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1639449, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 15, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3117 Sedona Trail, Jacksonville, FL 32208.
