29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Wieland Chase LLC, on or about January 23, 2024, at the address of 14212 Selwyn Dr. Montpelier, OH: The employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the energy control procedures at least annually. Employees performing lockout covered activities on energized equipment such as but not limited to the Hydraulic extrusion press on line #1, without the benefit of periodic evaluations of procedures and effective application, were exposed to caught in hazards.
