29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv): The Exposure Control Plan shall be reviewed and updated at least annually and whenever necessary to reflect new or modified tasks and procedures which affect occupational exposure and to reflect new or revised employee positions with occupational exposure. a. On or about December 16, 2023, the employer did not review the Residential Exposure Control Plan at least annually, which led to a lapse in the identification of employees with occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens and the provision of the Hepatitis B vaccine to these same employees.
