29 CFR 1926.34(a): A lock or fastening to prevent free escape from the inside of any building was installed preventing employees free and unobstructed means of egress: a) The Reserve on East Apartment Complex Community Building at 300 East Street, Camden-Wyoming, DE 19934: On or about January 29, 2024, employees working inside of a building with an emergency exit blocked by a board that was bolted and tied in place preventing employees from using the exit as a means of egress.
