1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B): The Employer did not provide additional retraining whenever the employer has reason to believe that there are some deviations from or inadequacies in the employee?s knowledge or use of the energy control procedure. On or about January 27, 2024, the employer did not ensure that each employee performing maintenance on the Altec DC 1317 was retrained on properly rendering equipment inoperative prior to them performing the service and maintenance task of unclogging the machine, resulting in exposure to caught-in/struck-by hazards.
