29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a) Warehouse roof: On or about January 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic Metabo 3-1/2-inch Framing Strip Nailer (Model NR90AE(S1)), in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools at 120 PSI engaged in roof framing activities.
