29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a. On the roof of a temporary residential work site located at 5923 Cedar Hills Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida 32210: On or about January 25, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards to the eye caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employees, while using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing material.
