29 CFR 1926.152(b)(1): More than 25 gallons of flammable liquids were stored in a room outside of an approved storage cabinet. a) Aqua pump station located next to Pinewald water tower: On 1/25/24 and thereafter, category 2 flammable liquids used by US Tank Painting Incorporated were stored inside of the Aqua water pump station. On 1/25/24 approximately 155 gallons of Induron Ceramaprime LV Ceramic Epoxy Part B Q1482, Induron Ceramaprime Ceramic Epoxy Part A H-7480, and Induron K-1034 HAPS Free Epoxy Reducer were observed.
