29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about January 23rd, 2024, at 8636 Modeno Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, an employee was exposed to a 21-foot fall hazard while pouring concrete into the cells of a mason block wall; the employee was positioned on top of the block wall without any means of fall protection.
