29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) On or about January 10th, 2024, at 16409 NW 8th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33169, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were identified, thereby exposing employees to possible fire related injuries including but not limited to, smoke inhalations and burns.
