29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer failed instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. A) J. Fletcher Creamer & Sons - River Road Bridge/287 NJ 08854 - On January 05, 2024, the employer failed to train its employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions during the pressure testing of a new NAT-GAS pipeline. Employees were in close proximity cleaning, wrapping pipe and leak testing while the pressure test was taking place. This condition exposed employees to explosion hazards.
