29 CFR 1910.145(a)(2): All new signs and replacements of old signs were not in accordance with specifications in 1910.145(c) through (e): a) 255 N. Rehoboth Boulevard, Milford, DE 19963: On or about January 9, 2024, employees used the Safeline X-ray detector SL2000 machine to assist in the processing of poultry products that did not have signs to protect employees from amputation, electrical shock, guarding, lock out tag out procedure use, and electrical schematic signs, exposing employees to numerous hazards associated with the lack of the signs.
