29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about January 3,2024 employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to fall hazards because the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees. The BCR Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1574688, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 13,2022, with respect to a workplace located at 12333 Desert Path, El Paso, Texas 79938.
