29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a.) Country Fair, Inc. #9, 1459 E. State Street, Sharon, PA 16146, back storage room - On or about 12/18/23 and at times prior thereto, the back storage room emergency exit route was obstructed by boxes of merchandise, floor cleaners and totes. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
