29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about December 19, 2023, employee(s) engaged in receiving and material handling activities in the Receiving Area of Target Corporation located at 17810 West Center Road, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to struck-by hazards in that materials stored in the area was not sable and secure which allows for stacked items to fall. Instances of unsafe storage include but were not limited to: i. Receiving Area, top-right in aisle 1 and top left in aisle 2: Two unsecure boxes on top shelf of racking. ii. Repack area (near entrance to stockroom from store): Stacked boxes were partially crushed causing them to lean and become unstable.
