29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: (a) On or about, December 11, 2023, at or near the job site located at 419 3rd Street North, Fargo ND, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 60 feet while installing roofing materials where the rail installed along the top edge of the parapet wall did not meet the height of 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, from the working level.
