29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2): Battery changing and charging installations for industrial trucks were not provided with facilities for flushing and neutralizing spilled electrolyte: a) RDM Inc. (dba: Baker Transfer & Storage), material handling vehicle charging areas: On or about December 11, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical eye burns due to the lack of an eyewash station while working around chemicals such as, but not limited to: acid in batteries on material handling equipment.
