29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(vii):Where practicable, combustible materials were not relocated at least 35 feet (10.7 m) from the cutting or welding operation work site: (a) LEGS area: On or about December 6, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that an employee performed tack welding repairs to vending machines approximately 14 feet from potentially flammable materials.
