29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about December 4, 2023, located at the jobsite 4547 West Northbank Road, Buckeye Lake, Ohio, the employer did not initiate and maintain safety and health programs related to the hazards of the construction work being performed that included work safety rules, effective communication of the work rule, a system for hazard detection and a system for correction of hazards to include site safety enforcement thereby exposing employees to falls an struck-by hazards.
