29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): On or about: November 30, 2023 Location: 1000 New County Road Secaucus, NJ 07094 a) The employer did not ensure that employees were evaluated to operate powered industrial equipment. Employee operated equipment that included, but was not limited to a Crown Order Picker, Model SP 3020-30 to place merchandise in the warehouse and was not properly trained and evaluated to operate the equipment.
