29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about November 30, 2023, employees working in the shop area located at 214 E Hwy 62, Wolfforth, TX, were exposed to slip hazards as the employer failed to ensure that oil leaks and spills on walking surfaces in the oil change pit were adequately cleaned.
