29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about December 1,2023, the damaged floor in area 4 of the warehouse was not flush to the floor; a metal piece was sticking up approximately 4-inches above the floor. This condition exposed employees to trip and fall hazards.
