29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Worksite Mavis Discount Tire 261 Jericho Turnpike Syosset, NY 11791- Employees on site were exposed to corrosive materials such as battery acid in the worksite and the eyewash station was not accessible in a reasonable amount of time due to tires and materials blocking access to it; on or about November 29, 2023. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
