29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Lot #87 Buxton Circle, Four Seasons at Hatteras Hills, Magnolia, DE: On or about 11/28/2023, employees conducted framing activities, approximately 14 feet above lower level, without fall protection. VF Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501.(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1623805, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 37063 Road 351, Ocean View, DE 19970. VF Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558359, citation number 1, Item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 37063 Road 351, Ocean View, DE 19970.
