29 CFR 1910.26(d): The employer did not ensure that measures, such as wheel chocks or sand shoes, were used to prevent the transport vehicle (e.g. a truck, semitrailer, trailer, or rail car) on which a dock board is placed, from moving while employees are on the dock board: (a)Protective Coating Specialists, Inc. at 1350 7th Street Northwest, Huron, SD 57350: On or about and at times prior to November 21, 2023, the employer did not implement effective measures to prevent movement of the box truck on the north loading dock while employees were operating forklifts to move materials inside the cargo area. This condition exposed employees to crushing hazards.
