29 CFR 1904.30(a): You must keep a separate OSHA 300 Log for each establishment that is expected to be in operation for one year or longer. On or about November 21, 2023 and times prior, the employer failed to maintain OSHA 300 logs that were separated based on establishment location. The employer had multiple injuries from multiple locations on a single OSHA 300 log.
