29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about November 18, 2023 the employer Quality Service Team LLC at jobsite located at 370 E. Howard St. Willard, OH 44890, did not ensure that employees were protected from head injury hazards by protective hardhats while working directly next to three phase high voltage lines of 12,740 volts.
