29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) In the supply warehouse, located at 2501 North Patterson St., Valdosta, GA, on or about November 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that two emergency exits were magnetically locked and required wall mounted electrically powered push buttons, that would become inoperable in the event of a power outage, to be activate in order to open the doors.
