29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a) Godfrey and Wing Inc. located at 1400 N. Summit Street, Toledo, Ohio, 43604: On or about November 16, 2023, the employer failed to provide a workroom floor, located around the CFI area, that was maintained in a clean and dry condition. The floor surrounding the CFI machine where wet processes are used had wet and slippery floors with areas of standing water present exposing employees to slip and fall hazards.
