29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: At a commercial worksite located at 2738 E Kearney Ste B, Springfield MO -- power strips were used to power saws and other heavy equipment that the power strips were not rated for. Additionally, power strips were plugged into extension cords (daisy chaining). This exposed employees to electrical shocks and/or burns. This was documented on or about 11/13/2023.
