29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as described in 29 CFR 1910.28 Table D-2-Stairway Handrail Requirement; Stairway areas less than 44 inches (1.1 m) with two open sides did not contain one stair rail system with handrail on each open side: a.) At the worksite, located at 10600 Endeavour Way Largo, FL 33777; On or about 11/13/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 4ft, in that, a flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers was not equipped with handrails.
