29 CFR 1910.38(b): Written and oral emergency action plans. An emergency action plan was not written, available to employees and was not kept in workplace, for facility with more than 10 employees. On or about November 8, 2023 and at prior times, at Sound Resource Solutions facility located in Sheperd, TX, employees were exposed to fire , explosion, and chemical hazards when the employer did not ensure that an emergency action plan was written for the site to instruct employees on actions to take in event of a fire, explosion and chemical release.
