29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): On November 9, 2023, and at times prior thereto, at the Crown Paint Company location in Oklahoma City, OK., employees operated powered industrial trucks that in need of repairs and were not taken out of service, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
