29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i): The employer having employees with occupational exposure did not prepare an exposure determination: a) Memory Care Unit: On or about November 10, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to Bloodborne Pathogens, in that the employer did not prepare an exposure determination for all job classifications, tasks and procedures in which employees have occupational exposure to needles and other sharp objects contaminated with blood or other potentially infectious materials while providing nursing care to patients.
