29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances were not provided in aisle ways. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear with no obstructions across or in aisles creating a hazard. a) General Plumbing Supply, Inc./980 New Durham Rd/Edison, NJ 08817 - Building B: The employer did not ensure that aisle ways were kept clear in order for Powered Industrial Vehicle operators to be able to maneuver while conducting material handing operations, thereby exposing employees to struck by hazards. Observed on or about 11/7/2023.
