29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Worksite was located at 1707 Oak Terrace, Belmar, NJ 07719 The employer did not provide for the employees exposed to fall hazards on the worksite training to enable the workers to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. Violation was observed on or about November 7, 2023 Moura Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1629167, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1701 White St, Lake Como, NJ 07719.
