29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer had not provided a training program for each employee who might have been exposed to fall hazards. The program had not enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and had not trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about November 1, 2023, Juan Ortiz DBA Top-Notch Roofing LLC did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards while roofing a residential building located at 544 Forest Park Drive in Foristell, Missouri. Employees were exposed to falls from heights greater than 10 feet. The exposed employees were not enabled to recognize the hazards of falling nor were they trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize fall hazards.
