29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At jobsite 2321 N. Sagebrush Street, Wichita, KS 67230 - Employees engaged in residential framing activities using pneumatic nail guns and saw were exposed to struck by hazards in that eye protections were not provided and utilized. a) One employee (orange sweatshirt) was observed using the circular saw to cut wood, and then using the hammer on the ground level in front of the house. b) One employee (green sweatshirt) was observed using the pneumatic nail gun on the back of the house.
