29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about October 24, 2023, where employees maintaining equipment, including but not limited to the 3M-Matic 7000r3 Pro (Serial Number 30496) in the Packaging Department, and HANTOVER 100 HIDEPULLER in the Harvest Department were exposed to the release of potential electrical (240volts-480volts), hydraulic and pneumatic energy; the employer did not ensure that procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy were developed, documented and utilized.
