29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iv): The employer does not train each employee in the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment specified in paragraph (a)(1) of this section, including, but not limited to, proper hook-up, anchoring, and tie-off techniques, and methods of equipment inspection and storage, as specified by the manufacturer. Location 100 Summer Street, Boston, MA. 02108 (a) On October 23, 2023, the employer did not adequately train employees in the appropriate methods for inspecting PFAS lifelines and recognizing excessive abrasion and cut braids which require ropes to be removed from service and replaced. b) On October 23, 2023, Employees were not adequately trained to only use the installed and certified anchorages provided as per the building owner's plan, and not to deviate and use other structural members.
