This was most recently documented on October 23, 2023 at 16201 Ida Street, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employees used eye protection when using pneumatic nail guns for framing construction work. Quiroz Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1618371, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 18748 Bedford Avenue, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
