29 CFR 1910.215(d)(1): Wheel(s) on grinding machine(s) were not sounded (ring test) and inspected for damage before mounting: A.) Industrial Sales and Manufacturing, Main Building, on or about 10/12/23 and times prior thereto: ring test inspections were not performed on grinding equipment before wheels were mounted to determine if wheels had been damaged. Grinding equipment, including, but not limited to Gallmeyer & Livingston Surface Grinder and Dayton 8" Bench Grinder. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
