29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2):The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) a.) TIP Construction Inc. 150 South Lakeside Dr., North East, PA 16428: Residential roof - on or about 10/04/2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were conducting tear off and patch work operations on a residential roof with an estimated 4:12 pitch. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 16.74 feet. Employees were not trained on the fall protection standard subpart M, nature of fall hazards, and falling object protection/placement of storage materials and equipment.
