29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(i): The employer did not train each employee in the nature of the fall hazards in the work area and how to recognize them. On or about October 3, 2023, East Manufacturing Corporation located at 1871 State Route 44 Randolph, OH 44265, did not ensure employees were trained in the the nature of the fall hazards in the work area and how to recognize them per the applicable OSHA standards for General Industry, 29 CFR 1910.28-30. The employer provided Fall Protection training to employees in which was written in accordance with the OSHA standard for Construction, 29 CFR 1926.500-503.
