29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2):Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), work practices that were used were not suitable for the voltage level of the exposed electric conductors or circuit parts: a) Sawmill Area; On or about September 18, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to work from and supporting a portable ladder placed next to live electrical parts/wiring.
